RPP IN - Reverse Post Processor. Allows for NC programs to be reversed engineered to provide graphics of parts programmed and tooling used. Import old NC programs that have not been saved through any programming system or created at the machine console. Use to generate drawings where none exist. RPP already exist for Trump, Amada, Finnpower, Bystronic etc.
AUTO-PUNCH - This module will automatically tool a drawing to user-defined requirements. Full parts and ready for nesting in seconds. This very powerful module will machine parts precisely the way you would do so manually. Special tools automatically assigned and any LEARN macros created will also be checked for compatibility with the new part.
AUTO-LASER - This module will automatically Laser machine a drawing to user-defined requirements. Full parts and ready for nesting in seconds. Also Multiple parts can be machined fully automatically eliminating unnecessary repetitive operations of the user. Thousands of parts can be ready for nest with just ONE mouse click.
NEST-RECT - Allows the nesting of parts using their over all X and Y cover area as boundaries for nesting. Used mostly for rectangular parts. The user can control the nest through several powerful parameters to suit all user and machine requirements. Once the nest has been generated the user still has full control over the nest and can manipulate the any aspect of the nest.
NEST-PART - Allows nesting of dissimilar and irregular parts. PN will use the geometry of the part when nesting so areas that are cutouts or large notches will be used as area for more parts to be placed. Irregular shapes and plates can you used as the plate for parts to be nested. Distance between parts can be guaranteed meaning that PN can check for coming line cutting for both Laser and Punch. The user can control the nest through several power parameters to suit all user and machine requirements. Once the nest has been generated the user still has full control over the nest and can manipulate the any aspect of the nest.
NEST-MANU - Allows for parts to be nested manually by the user.
NEST-PLATE - Rest Plate will automatically cut plate remains to the optimal possible shape and store these in the working Material Database for use in later nests. PN4000 will also know how many of these sheet remains are available.
SORT-TOOLS - This module will automatically sort tools to ensure that there are a minimum number of tool changes and that the most optimum tool path and machine time is achieved.
TIME-CALC - With WiCAM's Time calculations the user can achieve accurate and realistic time calculations that will compare closely to the actual machine run times.
NEST-DBMS - This is the Database Management System that will handle parts for nesting sorting them according to defined user requirements such as material type, thickness, delivery date etc. It will also manage material stocks.
AUTO-LOOP - This function also the user to run many internal functions within PN4000 fully automatically.
PARAMETRIC - This module allows for easy generation of Parametric programs for standard and semi standard parts that can be quickly and easily modified.
PN-SHEAR - This module automates the shearing process for those machines that have the shear option such as Finnpower and Salvagini machines.
DEVELOP - Develop will allow the user to create and write their own module in PN.
PPSLINK - (Production Planning System.) PN4000 can create a Link with virtually any MRP (Materials Requirement Program) and run automatically nests from that.
PN VIEW - PN VIEW is a limited version of PN4000 that can be installed on the factory floor to aid and assist user view programs, drawings tool setups etc. PN VIEW can greatly assist in creating a paperless shop floor.
